Promotions and Marketing Activities Regulations of Rower Rent

Official name: PCU Partners sp. z o.o.

Effective from: 15.05.2025

These regulations apply to all branches of Rower Rent.

I. General Provisions

These regulations define the rules of promotions and marketing campaigns conducted by Rower Rent (PCU Partners sp. z o.o.), operating in the following areas: bike rental for couriers, tourist bike rental, and bike servicing.

Promotions are intended for individual customers using Rower Rent services. All promotions are voluntary, time-limited, and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. In case of interpretative doubts, the version of the regulations available at the company office shall prevail.

II. Bike Rental for Couriers

Available promotions:

Referral Program – "2 days free" for the referrer and the referred:

  • Applies when a new customer (referee) rents for at least 14 days,

  • Applies to one bike with one battery up to 20Ah and one charger,

  • The 2-day bonus is granted after the 14-day rental period ends.

Birthday Promotion – "2 days free":

  • Applies during the customer's birthday month when renting a bike for at least 14 days,

  • Applies only to 1 bike with 1 battery up to 20Ah and 1 charger.

"Sami Group" Promotion – First 2 days free:

  • Available only for clients indicated by Sami Group,

  • Applies to 1 bike with 1 battery up to 20Ah and 1 charger,

  • "Sami Group" and "referral" promotions cannot be combined,

  • This promotion can be used only once.

Loyalty Program (points):

  • 1 PLN spent on bike rental for couriers = 3 points,

  • Points can be exchanged for accessories available at the office,

  • Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be partially used for purchases,

  • Loyalty points do not expire.

Loyalty Bonus – "5 days free" for 100 rental days:

  • Applies to uninterrupted rentals with no outstanding payments,

  • A maximum of 5 free days can be granted at once.

Restrictions:

  • In case of payment arrears, the customer loses the right to all promotions until the debt is settled.

III. Tourist Bike Rental

May 2025 Promotion – discounts for online rentals:

  • 15% off the 2nd bike, 30% off the 3rd, 50% off the 4th and each additional one,

  • Discount applied upon pickup at the location,

  • Prices decrease based on the number of rentals,

  • Discount valid for both online and on-site payments,

  • The promotion does not apply to accessories.

Loyalty Program – "6th ride free":

  • For each rented bike, the customer receives a stamp on their card,

  • Stamps are given after the rental agreement ends,

  • The sixth rental applies to one selected bike available at a given location, upon prior reservation, for 24 hours free of charge,

  • Regardless of the duration of previous rentals.

Restrictions:

  • Promotions from the courier section (e.g., 2 days free) do not apply to this rental.

IV. Bike Service

Stamp Program – discounts:

  • 3rd visit: 50% discount on services up to 100 PLN / 30% up to 200 PLN / 15% above 200 PLN,

  • Discounts apply only to services (not parts),

  • Stamps are collected on a special customer card.

Rower Rent Club Membership Card:

  • Granted after 9 visits to the service center,

  • The card entitles the holder to:   - 15% discount on service work,   - 5% discount on product purchases,

  • The card must be signed by a company employee.

V. Unusual Situations and Disclaimers

  • Promotions do not apply in case of outstanding payments or violation of the rental agreement.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their data, and changes do not affect the validity of previously awarded points.

  • The company is not liable for unfulfilled promotions due to reasons beyond its control (system failure, force majeure, etc.).

  • Promotions are calculated per rental agreement and per person, not by multiplying orders.

  • The company reserves the right to verify the customer’s identity when using promotions.

  • The company reserves the right to terminate or change promotions without prior notice, unless a valid agreement with the customer is in place.

  • In case of abuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts to receive promotions), the company may deny the discount.

  • Complaints are processed within 14 days from the submission date, which must be sent to: biuro@rowerrent.pl.

  • All interpretative doubts are resolved by the company owner or an authorized employee.

  • In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.

VI. Marketing Consent

 

Marketing consent includes agreement to:

  • Receive emails and SMS messages with information about promotions, special offers, and updates,

  • Participate in loyalty programs and contests,

  • Have data processed for analytical and marketing purposes in accordance with the privacy policy.

Providing marketing consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect the rights to previously granted benefits. The company commits to storing data in compliance with GDPR. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for service provision or required by law.
